I enjoy many things about my life very much. I have a wife and 3 kids I love very much. I manage a resteraunt at Wayne State University. I am part owner of a gas station in California that my brother runs and operates. But the thing I enjoy doing most, in my spare time, is playing soccer.
My wife and I got married 2 years ago in Yemen. Although we were engaged before that time, we wanted to wait until we would be financially stable enough to move to America. Our wedding was on a beautiful day in June. Our honeymoon lasted that entire summer and our marriage still feels as good as the day we got married. We have 2 boys and 1 girl and are very happy.
I started working at La Pita Dearborn when i first came to America. I began as a busboy and did that for 60 hours a week every week. When the owners decided to open another resteraunt on Wayne State's Campus I was asked to go there and work. I worked there for 2 years and began to slowly but surely get fed up with my boss, because I did most of his work for him and was not compensated for all the extra work. When the owners became fed up witrh my boss they decided they wanted me to be the manager and releive him of his job. I have been manager for 6 months and business is as good as ever.
I have always looked up to my brother because of his business sense. When he offered me the chance to be business partners with him i couldn't refuse. We opened a gas station in California near the bay area. I plan on moving to the bay area soon so I can play more of a role in the operating of the gas station. Then if I am successful with this one I hope to open another one.
Ever since I was a little boy I have always loved the game of soccer. I used to spend hours playing with my family. As I got older I began to enjoy watching soccer both on t.v. and in person. I have attended many professional soccer games, however nothing compares to the World Cup. I look forward to watching it this summer and I think Italy is going to win.
