PRACTICE 4-Study Notes- Passive listening occuse when there are 2 or more people but only one speaker.
Example-Student miss understands teacher because the teacher would not answer any of the students questions.
PRACTICE 4 B-Self-serving bias- To blame something/someone other than your self for an action or event that has occured.
Example-A person fails a test, you might say they should have studied harder, you fail a test and say i dont understand why i failed.
